I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. The instructions say to press the volume down key and the power key and hold for a few seconds. It doesn't work. Help. I used to be able to use Google Assistant for screenshots. What happened to it?

I reread the instructions. There are instructions for Google and one for Samsung. I should have read past the Google instructions and used the Samsung instructions. You were right again. Thanks
