Hi there I cannot take screenshots on my note 10+ 5G. I ha e tried the power+vol down buttons together and the power off screen appears. I have also checked the motion and gestures tab in settings that's on to swipe to take screenshots. I've tried that also and it dosnt work. Both ways dont work to take screenshots. Both buttons work fine independently etc.

Hi, can use task edge in edge panel , but power+volume down you have to do same time for it to work , it takes little practice because your hitting one faster , it has to be same time.
Then you should also have palm swipe

Another user in the forums turned me onto Good Lock in the Samsung Galaxy App Store

http://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.goodlock

Within that app you'd activate or install NavStar

Once that's complete, customize your Navigation Bar and add a Screenshot button that's always accessible and on the ready!

It took a little while before I quit hitting it accidentally while trying to clear recent apps, but once you've retrained yourself, it's completely worth it! Enjoy!

Bixby is another way to take screenshots if you use it.

I don't like Bixby, but use swipe and screen write a lot. just kind of wanted to see how the placement of the button would affect my nav bar, if at all. I use the hidden nav bar and wasn't sure what would happen.

What are your first impressions?

I also added a screen off button on the far right.. I love it!

you have to press volume down + power buttons simultaneously briefly and release them immediately, NOT keep pressing and holding those 2 buttons. I did this same silly error when i first got my note 10+.

I hate the swipe to take screenshot option, so unreliable!

I was having that issue at first , but moving the buttons close to the home button helped me. 20191004_063224.jpeg
