SD card not being detected by anything anymore

Ok so I installed minitool partition wizard for my SD card so I could get ext2 but now my SD card won't even get recognized by my phone or my laptop. Please help.

How old is the card? It may have just reached the end of it's life.

the card is about a year old but it still worked well.

Not sure what you can do if the phone or a PC can't recognize the card. It can't be reformatted or run through a drive repair program if it can't be seen
