sd card problem

on my gs4 with telus it will not mount sd card i tried card in my buddies gs4 and my card works and i put is card in mine and doesn t mount so cant be card any ideas on what to do hellllp

This is fairly common. We don't know why some phones do this and some phones don't. One trick that may work is to cut a piece of a business card and slide it behind the sdcard and see if the added pressure makes better contact with the pins and resolves the issue. It's worth trying.

Put your card in an adapter and put it in your computer. Give it a minute or so, your PC should fix it automatically.
