SD card problems

Hi - I have purchased the Klastor Kids tablet on Android 4.1, which is expandable to 32GB - we have purchased a 32GB Micro Sim card, which when connected to the PC via the USB lead displays as a file on the computer, however I am unable to save anything into the folder, we have tried to format the card, swap it with another etc
I have also tried to move folders on the file manager app on the table but again am unable to save.
Please help

Yes can see the card mounted in the storage menu on the tablet

Can you read and write to the card when directly connected to a PC? What brand and class is the card? What format are you using and how are you formatting it?

Hi yes you can read and write to the card if it's put direct into the PC.
The card is a class 10...I cannot see a brand name. Using FAT32 format.

Do you have another Android device that you can try formatting the card with?
