SD card question

I just inserted my SD card. How do I get rid of the notification that says "tap here to transfer media files?" It is really annoying.

That only works if your phone doesn't have the SD card restart issue

I remember the SD card mount and remount problems with the Galaxy S7 Edge, what a nightmare.

I didn't realize the S8/S8+ had the same problem.

I would try to exchange the phone if it is doing the mount / remount deal. With Verizon you have 30 days to return/exchange so time is running out.
