Not sure of brands but go for a class 4 or above (class = speed, higher is better). The fassy supports up to 32GB cards.

Hey, just a quick aside. Before you buy a new one, go to sdcard.org and download their formatter. Give that a shot and see if it works. Could save you some money...

I recently bought a class 10, 32 Gb micro SDHC card via Amazon.com - it was sold by Price Pros and was ~ $90. It came with a very small USB adapter for easy loading. I used the adapter to copy all the contents of my 16 Gb card to my laptop, and then just dumped it all back onto the 32 gig card. Popped it into my phone and all that I had to reset was to re-point to my current live wallpaper. All the apps and data were completely intact. Took a total of about 2 hours to do everything.

The card itself is a Lexar brand card.
The card works very well for video playback, etc. Very fast, no stuttering.
