SD interface issue

recently i took my transform in to have the speaker replaced and now the SD card interface activation will not come up when connected to my laptop. tried downloading the usb driver from samsung to no avail. anyone have any clues or advice.

does your laptop have bluetooth? if it does then you can send all of your files over bluetooth. thats what i do.
