Ok so sdk tools is bieng stupid. i try to download the drivers for my phone and it says "not found access denied". COME ON WT* anybody got any ideas? I need to use adb to fix my phone i have other posts explaining what i did but long story short i cant boot into recovery and my phone freezes at the rom screen. So if i can just use adb to boot to recovery im good but adb is looking like a pain in the but and its not working got any ideas guys? thanks.

I would try to remove then reinstall the drivers.

Goto you tube and search for adb(sdk) and watch the video on how to install sdk tools. Chances are it not being installed correctly.
