Search issues

I have updated to froyo and now when I search from pushing search hardbutton it will only show one contact. It use to show more and then say there are others in contacts. Now it shows only one and nothing else. Also when in phone mode I can only search if I push contact button. It use to search no matter what mode I was in. Help

go to settings, search, searchable items.

make sure contacts are selected as something that can be searched.

as far as the hardware button search in any of the phone tabs, they seem to have changed it in froyo.

motorola needs to stop making software redesigns. they aren't very good at it.

I already did that. It shows one contact but no more. Before update it use to show that there were other contacts but it does not do that any more. It makes the hard search button useless unless searching on internet
