Search key pressing on its own

I am having this issue where at certain times the search button (the soft key) will press on its own and bring up the search screen. The strange thing is I can look and see the search key blinking and I can feel the haptic feedback (which I have turned off)

Is anyone else having this issue?

I had a similar issue with the home key doing the same thing. I took it back to the store.
