Secure file deletion

Im considering selling my phone, is there a way to securely overwrite every section of my phones external and internal memory to shred all files and make them unrecoverable. I understand a factory reset is sufficient but I want a SECURE deletion. Thanks!

Try what has already been posted, but as far as external SD, take it out and keep it.

I seen that app..i was just wondering if there was anything similar to DBAN which is what people use to NUKE their hard drives... but thank you!
