Secure folder keep prompting for password

Hi, i have a Samsung Galaxy note 9 with Ui version 2.0 and android 10. After the latest android update everytime i open my phone either using a pin or fingerprint a secure folder password or fingerprint box opens. I have a dedicated fingerprint and password for the folder. Ive checked all settings and they all seem to be correct. I even went as far as deleting and changing passwords and fingerprints for the lock screen and secure folder, Is this a bug or am i missing something?

Mine also pops up though not as much as yours. Mine is more of a random thing. If I close an app it will sometimes pop up. It will also sometimes pop up when I clear out the running tasks. I usually just hit the power button to close the screen and bring it back up and it is gone. I hadn't read anything about it from anyone else until now. Figured it just a weird quirk on my phone after the upgrade.
