secure folder

I finally set up my secure folder. But it won't move some pictures over. It will say download and try again. I've tried with WiFi on and off. What am I doing wrong?
I looked again when I tried a file and saw something like can't move Samsung icloud files. Re download and try again.

hmmm I just set mine up today also but just moved about 10 pics over didn't have any problems

I think what it may be asking you to do is download the file to your phone first from the cloud and then move it to the secure folder.

You can't add items to the secure folder from the Samsung cloud.

There should be a little download icon on the pictures. If not click on the picture then click on the three dots at the top.download should be there.
