Secured folder and Samsung Cloud

Can you backup the secured folder to Samsung Cloud?

I don't see that as an option

Dang OK.... My folder won't open because Samsung keyboard is force closing. They are trying to tell me that wiping is there only option

Try to clear cache and app data on the keyboard app

Tried both.... Still same result. Samsung used remote access to control my phone and they can't figure it out. They are going to talk to some people and call me back today.

I asked them how can they promote this phone to businesses for it's security when it's 1st party software fails?

Update now they are saying that I have to reset it and lose my info
