get a virus scan avg or lookout and download super user app from the market, i mean its not sure fire but it will prompt you asking you when something is trying to access super user permissions

Now someone correct me if I am wrong, but won't this keep us from Rooting our phonesin the future after the 2.2.2 update? If verizon were to ever push that out to us that is....

Because didn't they patch/block the rageagainstthecage exploit? And I thought that was what gave us root permissions....

Apply patch from link above, anti virus wont work because the trojan malware is obtaining root access and exploiting standard files so the antivirus cannot see it. They are saying you can guide the virus to a false file or something like that, read article from android police.
