I just unlocked my phone and saw this message:

Anyone know what that's about?

PS: I have Sprint.

Part of the system.... and probably will help fix the problem with KNOX that a lot of us have been having.... Nothing to worry about....

Yes, I just got that last night on Sprint, too. Considering that I've heard the KNOX issue some of us have could possibly be related to security policy updates, I'm hoping this will fix it. If not, we know that Sprint at least is supposed to be working on a fix, so that should solve it when it comes. It'd be nice if this took care of it though. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

It shows under settings > security that it will do this.

I have T-Mo and woke up to the same thing. So I turned off my wifi, then turned it back on and PRESTO!!! No more "somebody trying to access network" message!!! Problem solved.....but I still have the damn "oli; 67" issue or at least I think. Maybe I'll call my Note 3 from a land line n see what happens...

That's Knox to. The Grey shield is what you're talking about. Next time you get it pull the notification bar down and hold down on the notification... A pop-up will happen and you can hit app info.. It will show you what is causing that notification. I guarantee its "Knox Notification Manager" (see below).

I froze all of Knox using Titanium Backup (rooted app) so I no longer get these shields.

Well I dont want to root. People said they got a update to their security policies to fix it. Mine notified it updated but all the notifications are back. Its really annoying

Oh yeah I'm not sure how to fix it permanently without root except you could do the hold down on the notification and force stop that process.. It will then stop it from appearing for awhile.
