For some reason, I finally found a security download from June 1st 2022

That's awesome. I send in my Note 9 for trade-in yesterday but recall that the last update it had received was like from May of 2021 or something like that. It's cool they're still pushing out any updates for a 5-gen old phone.

I got the June 1st security patch this morning. I am hoping Samsung will surprise us and give us like 3 more updates. I know we will get one more. I am guessing it will come for me in September since having an unlocked device on T-Mobile, they are always a month or two behind.

But if we got two more security updates, 6 months apart, that would be great. I did read that somewhere, but I don't know how truthful it is. I'm going to keep using my device anyways. Anything risky I'll use my other device for that. Having a headphone jack and a notchless display is just too good.
