Welcome to the forums. For the most part, no anti virus app is needed. Just be careful about getting your applications from either Play or Amazon, and you should be fine.

Welcome to the forums! Generally speaking, I wouldn't worry about downloading an antivirus app or anything along those lines. As long as you're careful about what you "click on," and don't accept/open up any pop-ups, you should be fine.

Your V30 will get security updates which will help it fight against malware as well. Ensure it's always updated to the latest software.
