So it's been a ongoing issue with Samsung..I've been trying to update the phone when prompted to but I get there is an issue try again later.... it's been 4 days..any ideas??

No..and my internet connection at home is fast shaw wide open 300..

Try using SmartSwitch for PC to updates. From your screenshot, it's the connection to the update server from your phone that's acting up.

You can also try pull your sim card and try to update see if it works.

So today I finally was able to do the security update...a whopping 300mb update...it was a Roger's issue..
