The game monopoly was created to help people understand capitalism in real estate markets. You win the game by bankrupting everyone else. If left unchecked by some regulation, real capitalism does the same thing.

I remember Google complaining about unfair advantages of other, larger companies in their early days. I guess unfair advantages only apply to others.
