Seeking decent Bluetooth audio when recording Pro Video

I have a Plantronics 5200 Bluetooth headset that works pretty darned well with my S22 Ultra on phone calls. However, when I use the built-in Camera app in Pro Video mode and set the mic to BT it picks up the 5200 but the quality is horrific, especially outdoors in the wind (when outdoors in the wind is perfectly find when just talking on the phone, especially since I put a foam windscreen on the boom).

I'm about 12 feet away from the phone when shooting video. It would be inconvenient to use a wired USB mic (like Rode?) but I may have to. BT would be far more convenient. Is there anything you know of that will do well?
