Seidio > Otterbox

Looks like Seidio and Otterbox will both be releasing protection for our Sensation 4G devices real soon. IMO, Seidio provides a better product than Otterbox. I've used both, and Seidio to me just seems more stylish for the protection (I'll be buying the Active combo).

I've owned several of each over the years, and both are fine products. I must say for me, the Seidio Rugged offers more protection, I have one on both my i4 and Inspire.

For sure, if you need the best protection around that will withstand a 10 story fall (don't do it on purpose, of course), then the rugged is your only choice. Far better than Otterbox for thorough impact and shock resistance. I used a Rugged on my BlackBerry when I was a crackberry guy, and it was fantastic.

I believe they changed the name now, but it's the same product (no longer Rugged).

True, they have changed the name but I can't think of it right now. I dropped my i4 face down on my bathroom tile floor, not a scratch, not even a reset. I'm convinced if it had been in any other case I would have at the very least cracked the screen.
