I actually bought them and am quite happy with it. You cannot tell at all that there is one on it.. which I was really worried about. The screen is also very responsive. No problems whatsoever for me.
It covers all of the glass on the front... except for that millimeter either at the top or bottom. Depends how you line it up. But from what I see, almost all of them have it.
