I was previously paired to my omron PB876N but it has been some time since I opened the app on my samsung galaxy 6 and it asked me to pair again. So I went through all of the steps identified myself as user one and after 5 attempts with the same result and one uninstall and reinstall of the app I am getting the same message "Selected user already assigned" The selected user for this monitor is already assigned to another user. Please change to the other user profile then try to pair again. I tried unter user 2 but got my husbands readings with no ability to "change users' on my app. What can I do to "erase and start all over again as user 1" the readings are on my monitor and I need the report for my doctor tomorrow.
