Selectively syncing contacts through Bluetooth

I have an s3 and a new Hyundai sonata se connected through Bluetooth. Is there any way to selectively sync contacts as opposed to automatically syncing all of them?

Welcome to Android Central! You could try opening your Contacts app, tapping Menu>Contacts to Display>Customize, and select only certain groups there. Not sure if that will work, but worth a try. But if it does work, then you'd probably have to limit the Contacts app to display only those groups as well.
