Selfies rotate when watching them on pc

hello all, i got a new problem regardless videos and photos recorded with the s8 oreo. If i take pictures or record videos independently of being in portrait or landscape, they look fine on phone but when i watch them on pc, only those that were taken in landscape look fine but not those that were shot in portrait mode. The problem is that this also applies for photos taken with the front camera... does anyone take selfies in landscape? i guess not... so portrait is the way to go for selfies, problem is... even those pictures from front camera are getting rotated when i transfer them to the pc and its kind of annoying to rotate each one manually... does this have a fix? or should i reset factory or something? thank you

Nope. I don't have this issue. S8+ with Oreo.
