Selling an EIP Phone

Is it possible to sell a Tmobile Phone thats still on an Early Installment plan? and do people actually buy them? and are there any sites that allow it (I know Swappa doesnt)
(I have an G2 but I want the Moto X now)

It's possible, but I certainly wouldn't recommend buying or selling one, and it's probably against T-Mobile's contact terms. Pay the thing off first, then sell it. That's my advice. Less hassle for everyone involved.
