Selling NC. But want to leave it rooted with CM7 and Froyo

I have a Nook color
Flashed it to run CM7 and Froyo
Working perfectly
I'm looking to sell the device but remove any traces of my account but still leave CM7 and Froyo on there
Not sure what the best way to do that is and how to do it i.e reinstall CM7 and froyo or something else
Essentially I don't want any personal details left on the device (e.g name, gmail, outlook etc) but I want to leave rooted froyo and any apps on there

I would boot into clockworkmod and format data, system,and cache. Reload CM7 and you should be good to go.

Someone suggested Settings>Privacy>Factory data reset
I'll try that
If it doesn't work, I'll format from CM7
