And further to this point, generally in terms of PPC most agencies and freelancers will charge between 7.5%-15% of the media investment. So if you want to put $10,000 into PPC it will be $10,000 + $1500 = $11500 due to 15%of Media spend fee.

In terms of SEO, this is usually charged by Hours of work done, the SEO Specialist /agency would give a quote according to their Hourly fee.
