Send Attachment Via Email

I cannot get my EVO to send email attachments. I use cox as my email provider. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am able to send and receive normal emails, in fact I can even receive emails with attachments but for some reason they will not send.
Please help.

How are you doing it?

If it's a pic/video

go into the gallery and scroll to the pic/video click the share button and select Email/Gmail.

It always works that way for me.
