Hello my ph is new & I set this function up & tested it & it worked. Do it is greyed out & I dont know how to make it active again? Please help.

I think it would be better if take your phone to the local mobile repairer or to the local shop of your area. Take your mobile to the repairer or ask customer care about your problem.
