I believe you just go to the site and just sign in. No invitation needed.

OK, subject of post says google plus and first op post says google voice. I got confused.

If you look at the log in page you can see that they have filled up there beta testing is in progress and they are filled to capacity. There will be no invites or new members until the beta testing is complete. I am sure it will be launched fully very soon. Hang in there people.

I hope that you don't get an invite just for the sheer fact that there are already TONS of threads (here and elsewhere) for that purpose. We don't need the forums spammed with "invite me please" threads!
