Send Text in Landscape? Dumb Question

Ok, I am sorry for the totally dumb question, but where is the send button while drafting a text message in landscape mode?

EDIT: Meaning do I have to minimize the keyboard to hit send?

Had the same question. It gets really annoying when you have to minimize or rotate the phone again just to send the message.

Yep, but it will stay in landscape mode but the send button will show up

I dont know if minimized is the correct term. If I hold it in landscape and type my message, then hit the keyboard icon, it shows like the last four messages and my new message in a dialogue box with send button just to the right. It does require an extra keystroke to send in landscape.

Hit the back button to minimize keyboard

All you need to do is hit the back button when you're done typing what you want, this will drop the keyboard out of the way so you can hit the send button.

On my G1, the text message sends when I hit the return button. For some reason on the Evo in landscape when you hit the reutrn key it actually goes to another line like in word processing. Who needs to hit enter to go down to another line in sending a text. They should make the enter key just send the text message.

Exactly I don't think we are asking for too much here. There should be a send or enter key for us to send while in landscape mode.
