Sending my Note 3 in for repair

I am having the same issues as most of the Note 3 users, from freezing and and phone hanging. I have opened up a ticket with Samsung and about to send my device in. Those of you that had there device sent to Samsung, did they give you a new unit? or serviced yours?

Most users? They have sold over 10 million of them and you think most have these issues? I do not have any issues with mine after almost 2 months of use. In any case, it's more than likely not hardware related. I'm betting it's software, an app you installed. I would have wiped the phone and done a full reset before sending it back. Good luck in any case. Hope they take good care of you.
