Sending Picture Mail Failed

:-\Picture mail failed, unsure why. I've not had any issues sending picture mail until today. Any ideas on how to correct this? I have unlimited everything and service has been good so I'm curious as to what the issue might be. The files arent abnormally large or anything.

Did you only try sending it once or has it failed multiple times?
