I usually use fb messenger since everyone I would send a video to is on fb. Or create Dropbox links and text them the link.

Did you call apple and make sure your number is off the i messeges server?? It will have to be done soon as all your messeges will be i messeges still and it's broken on purpose for other platforms you won't be able to send sms messeges

You can download it or if the person has Dropbox they can save it to their Dropbox.
