Sensation with ics ringtone issues

I'm currently running I c s and I'm having problems with the set ringtones changing on its own back to the t mobile jingle. is anyone having that same problem?

I've had this problem since before ICS. My phone randomly changes back to a previously set ringtone.

I've encountered this problem usually after I've had the Sensation hooked to computer via USB and been using it in "disc mode" (seeing what's on the SD card in the phone). Even after I disconnect it doesn't seem to see the SD card quick enough and goes to the default notifications and ringtones.
