This is over from XDA. pretty cool widget.
Finally the 4x1 Flip Clock Widget is available for us to use on our Sensation! Some people on the forum have made it possible to use the 4x1 clock widget, there are a few ways to try to install it.
Regular Installation Method
Download the apk file from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=18470830&postcount=49 (thanks to the original poster!)
Install the downloaded APK file just like any other application
Reboot, and you can select the 4x1 widget from the widget menu!
If the above method doesn't work for you, you can try the two alternative methods below!
Alt. Method 1
Download the zip file from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=18496438#post18496438(thanks to the original poster!)
Flash the zip with Clockwork Recovery
Reboot, and you can select the 4x1 widget from the widget menu!
Alt. Method 2
Download the apk file from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=18470830&postcount=49 (thanks to the original poster!)
Copy the file to /system/app by using a Root explorer like ES File Explorer and chmod it to 666 (rw- rw- rw-)
Install the widget from the /system/app folder (i.e. press it and install it like any other app)
Reboot, and you can select the 4x1 widget from the widget menu!
The only downside is that most of the other clock widgets don't work properly anymore (however the 4x1 flipclock and the 1x1 analog clock are working great!)
ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP OF THE ORIGINAL APK TO RESTORE IT IF THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR YOUR SENSATION!
If you forgot to backup or if it just doesn't work, you can download the original APK's from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=19365954&postcount=139(thanks to the original poster!)
