Well, only one or two really.

The main widget always displayed on a sense capable phone is the clock and weather widget. Is that removable?

Secondly, is there a way for the homescreen dock to have 5 buttons?
Would I need launcherpro or ADWlauncher?

Yes, the clock and weather widget is removable. You can put anything on the home screen you like. As for the dock, that is a function of the skin you are running. If you want five buttons, you probably would have to switch. Perhaps this changes in sense 2.5, though?

I believe that not only can you remove that clock and weather widget, but you could also be able to resize it too - or is that only on motorola widgets?

As far as I know that's only on Motorola Widgets. I don't think the new Sense allows you to resize them.

yes, u can remove the widget. cant resize to my knowledge with htc yet?

but if you want 5 button launcher get launcher pro or adw launcher. it will just replace the sense launcher

If we are using beautiful widgets (I know its redundant on Sense) with sense and a different launcher or a custom ROM, is that clock adjustable. I own a license for it but never really got into playing with it much.

I do hope the TB gets here soon, I sold off the DInc and iPod Touch 4G 10 days ago and a flip phone sux.
