Sent box sync

I have a particular problem as I am not able to see mails sent from my HTC M9 phone in the Sent folder of my webmail account or in Outlook sent items forlder on my PC.

I have no problems in sending or receiving mails. Also, items sent from the webmail account and Outlook appear very well on the device "Inbox.Sent" folder.

Any idea what could be going wrong.

What app are you using? I'm not sure about the stock app, but the app I use, Maildroid, offers the option of saving a copy when sending email. You may want to ensure that this option is selected. Also Maildroid also offers the option of saving sent mail to the server or to the device. You may also want to check to see if this option exists for your app. I will say that if you have this option it would be wise to select to save to server simply because email files tend to be larger than SMS or even MMS messages and may quickly fillup much of your device free space.
