Seperate Icon for Corporate Email

How can I go about adding another icon that hosts only my Corp account? I can add another email icon but it switches account with the other icon. I want to view each account without having to switch "default" account in settings.

If you are using Gmail, you can long click on the homescreen, click Shortcuts, click Gmail Label and the select the Gmail account and then select the Inbox and name your shortcut.
