September Software Update on AT&T

So I just made a blank trip to Best buy and an att store. The Best buy I went to no longer has Samsung reps and att can't do anything for me in the store. Samsung said I could go to any Best buy making it seem as if all of them have the Samsung service centers. I'm going to try to call att and hope they don't frustrate me further.

If you have or have access to a computer, you can load Smart Switch on the computer, connect by USB and try to force the update that way.

Now that your IMEI is updated go into settings - apps go on the top right corner and choose show system apps. Scroll down until you find software update. You'll see two of them. Go into each one and force stop, go into storage and clear cache and data. Once you do that for both restart your device and check for updates.

That didn't work but thank you for the suggestion.
