Serious OS bug

I use a Bluetooth headset all the time. While on a call, I will hear the tone of another call coming in, when I look down on the screen to switch over, I see no caller ID and no way to swap calls. I know it's an incoming call because the person will either leave a message or call me back and tell me I never picked up. When they dont leave a message, I have no way of knowing who called me. The call doesn't even register in my missed call list. Very annoying. Anyone else have this problem?
