Server Error on all of Google Play; Cannot download anything from app

Same problem here (Holland) on my mobile. Have tried all possible solutions : clear cache, restart device, remove Google-account. No factory reset yet. Is the server down ? Seeing multiple messages from users with the same issue.

Just tried one more time to use Play Store: et voila, the server seems to be up and running again.
