"Server error" when trying to download MLB At Bat 2011

Hi all,

I've tried several times, both on 3G and multiple wifi connections, to download MLB At Bat 2001 from the Android Market. Each time I get the same error:

Attention: A server error has occurred. Retry, or cancel and return to the previous screen.

I don't have this trouble with any other app in Market. Suggestions?

EDIT: Using a Droid Incredible. Ver. 2.2

Anyone still having this problem (server error) try doing a factory data reset (home > menu > settings > privacy > factory data reset > reset phone (or reset tablet))
