Service outage Virginia Beach

Is anyone experiencing a service outage in the virginia beach area? I tried to call customer service but I got a recording that they are UNavailable.

when did it start? a few hours ago i lost data connection despite having full bars everywhere. still hasn't come back even after rebooting, removing battery, fiddling with connection settings, toggling wifi, etc.

looks like there was a huge data outage for a lot of people. mine is back up this morning after a reboot. what about you?
