Service Started Popup

Anyone know what this could be? I have been getting a popup lately that says "Service Started" Thinking it may be the Facebook Messenger app. I haven't tried un-installing it yet, just wanted to see if anyone else is having the same thing.

I'm rooted using revolutionary and stock rom.

I have the following apps that may be causing the pop up...
Superuser
ES File Explorer and ES Task Manager
CPU Tuner
Titanium Backup
Wireless Tether

Not too sure but one of those might be the issue? I'v noticed the pop up usually occurs when I unlock the phone after pressing the power button.

I think it might be the Amazon App Store....I've uninstalled it and haven't seen the pop up within the last 2 hours.

nevermind....still getting the pop up even after the Amazon App uninstall.

I'm running an old nightly of CM7 on a Droid 2, and I'm getting this too.

mine did that for a day or two and then stopped, I believed it was the Bible app the one made by YouVersion. It only did it for maybe 48 hours and stopped, haven't seen it in a while

My CM7(256) Evo is doing this also. Can't seem to nail down the source.
