Set an application as non-updating

In order to run Pandora on my EVO 4G LTE, I have had to download an older version of the program. Because I'm running an older version, G-Play is reminding me that I could update the program, but from what I understand that will prevent the program from continuing to run properly.

Is there a way to set an application as non-updating so that it will stop notifying me, and allow me to use the "Update all applications with updates available" function of the My Apps interface?
