Set default home page for Google Chrome incognito mode?

When I open a new "New incognito tab", is there a way to default it to a specific webpage (i.e., Google.) instead of the silly "You've gone incognito" page?

I imagine not, as Incognito is made specifically to not store cache / preferences, etc.
